we're all on a journey.
this particular journey started on a train ride to Girona, Spain.
that's when mark and i got creative with ideas for our careers.
my husband is a singer/songwriter, and i am trained as an obstetrician. a strange combination, but as we've discovered, a powerful one when we work together.
on the road to Girona is when the idea for Remember Me Mission was born. named after one of Mark's most well-known songs, this organization will serve women and children in need all over the world, and specifically in places where the two of us have had the privilege of working. Funds raised through special music projects such as Mark's first instrumental record (Renaissance, to be released March 2011) will go to the care of orphans, a cause close to Mark's heart as an adopted child, and to women's health and education in impoverished areas, which is my passion.
we already have dreams about the next creative projects to benefit these causes. so when you purchase the songs, you can know that you're also making a difference.
it will be an adventure, one that i hope takes us all over the world and to the very heart of God. i hope that you'll join us.
